From the moment we walked into the front door for check in until leaving three days later a great hotel experience. Tremendous front desk service. When coming back to Virginia Beach this will be our first selection. Beach front view and easy access to the beach and surrounding dining and shopping experiences. Thank you to all for making our stay a pleasurable one :).

The hotel was cleaned and location was perfect. The pool was being renovated and in confirmation paper it said pool renovation ended 4/11. Hotel sent us to pool next door and that pool hotel was discussing. When making reservation, it said breakfast included, but after reservation was done (with no cancellation or refund rights) it said breakfast was extra.
