Hotel was close to Mirabito ballpark and in fact,hosted the Conn team that played the local team. Rooms were fine,not overally spacious but clean. Breakfast was included but very simple and not particularly good. Staff were friendly,professional and engaging. Nothing bad,but nothing memorable either.

Property Description

Perfect for business or leisure. Newly built & opened in July 2016 featuring 57 guest rooms. Free high speed wireless, free breakfast, on site fitness center, business center, free local & long distance phone calls. Central to everything in the Greater Binghamton Region, including Binghamton University & Broome Community College (SUNY Broome). We have plenty of rooms with 2 queen beds for groups and several suites for our longer term guests.We have an on-site micro mart for those late night munchies and frozen dinners that can be heated up in your room, as each room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave.

Green Sustainability

We do plastic, paper, glass, metal & cardboard recycling. We have a towel & sheet re-use program for stay over rooms. We have passive energy saving technology in guest rooms for heating & AC.
