We got in late. three in the morning. Front desk clerk was not pleasant. Not welcoming at all. We will be back in a few weeks and I will pick another hotel to stay at for the weekend.

Room was great. Services were not fully prepared. Called for towels on Saturday night and were told that there was none available. one elevator was out of service which caused trouble with a couple of thousand patrons in attendance for Cheer weekend.. at breakfast only had one person taking orders with a fairly long line, ran out of bacon and bagels and not much more to choose from. our room not serviced on Saturday but we were late in departing so that could have been the reason.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton FW. I was surprised when I checked in and upon asking to have my Hilton rewards account detail added, I was informed that this reservation had been purchased through priceline which caused the ability of me receiving credit for the hotel stay nor the points. I am not certain if ths was due to their policy or the way your group booked it but was again shocked when I explained how I wasn't aware of that and that we didn't purchase it through priceline but through the competition site that the person didn't work to try to resolve it. The people however we all encountered were nice but when asking for anything, they did come off a bit as if the ask (for additional towels since we only had 2) was off putting to them. We will return to this site but I did think this was warranted to be brought up.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. However, the wait at the elevator and valet was long. Our room was never cleaned the second day we were there. One half of the escalator was not working and one elevator was not working. Other than that, the food was good and the people helpful. It appeared you were understaffed.

No ice on floors. Elevators not working half the time. Late getting us checked in. Didn't get Hilton honors points. Room hit even tho air turned down. Poor experience for what we paid. Would t return.

This is our first time to stay at this Hilton property. It is clean. The staff are warm and friendly. Had an issue with our TV It was fixed promptly. Room refrigerator froze to cans of diet coke which popped the door on the unit, unbeknownst to us. Had left overs from a high end restaurant that spoiled. Staff informed at check out and we were compensated for the loss. This hotel is within easy walking distance of downtown. We will be back.

The historic Hilton Fort Worth built in 1921 and named to the National Registery of Historic places features 294 spacious guestrooms. Our spacious guestrooms are equipped with ironing boards,irons, coffee makers, and hair dryers, President John F. Kennedy spent his last night at the Hilton Fort Worth and gave his final speech and public address in the Hilton Fort Worth Crystal Ballroom. With over 25,000 square feet of meeting space, we can accomodate groups from 10 to 1,000. Additional hotel amenities to include valet services, same day laundry and dry cleaning, concierge services, corner pantry, Hhonors frequent guest program, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Starbucks Opening February 2009.
