Cleaning Policies
COVID-19 Measures: Cleaning, laundry and linen change services are performed as usual. Turndown services are offered to guests who ask for them specifically beforehand. From April 27th, 2020, we measure the body temperature of every individual guest entering the hotel building with a non-contact body thermometer. Hand sanitizers are available at the main entrance, restaurants and lobby area. All the surfaces in the lobby area are disinfected regularly.
