Property Description

Newest hotel in Silver Spring! We are a 107 room hotel with a full service bar and restaurant complete with "made to order" hot breakfast and dinner. To satisfy every guests needs we have state of the art fitness and business centers on site, and 24-hour pantry. We have 1000 square feet of meeting space that may accommodate groups or meetings from 10 to 75 people. We "share" a parking lot with a variety of restaurants (Friday's, I-Hop, Panera Bread, Chick-Fil-A, Jerry's Subs, 5 Guys Burgers), convenience store, bank, and nail salon, all just steps away. We also have easy access to the Metro bus and rail system. We have it all, right where you need it!Guest Rooms offer king or 2 queen beds in a traditional room which is warm and inviting, yet equipped with the latest in technology and ergonomic comfort for maximum convenience. The Garden Sleep System provides the perfect balance between comfort and support. The ergonomic Mirra Chair by Herman Miller is good for the back and better for work. The work area is comfortable and convenient, the room offers two telephones with two lines, data port and voice mail, desk level electrical outlets and complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet which allows you to get the job done.
