This hotel was very nice, comfortable ,and close to the mall, restaurants, convention center and the downtown area. The staff went above and beyond anyway they could especially Arthur. He provided great suggestions about things to do, places to eat, provided door to door transportation and made us feel very comfortable. He was very friendly, great with my kids and he took the time to remember my name and check on me each day that I was there. The hotel and Arthur definitely exceeded my expectations and we had a wonderful trip!
