We stayed at the hotel because it was to provide a shuttle to the revenue. There were about 30 of us and there was only one shuttle. Hotel staff or the shuttle service just picked up as many he could and never offered to come back around for a second Trip. Hotel had no idea. Service unacceptable.

We had a good time. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were nice. The front room needs less furniture. All the employees were friendly, some need more training or assistance at the time of check in.

Check in was extremely long and we were given a room, that was still occupied. We paid for four rooms fo two nights, promised we would get points for all the rooms and didn't. We called the hotel, we were told no problem and would receive a return call. Still waiting ??.

Everything and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. The restaurant was very reasonably priced and the food was very good. I would have liked a shuttle from the O'Hare Airport to/from the hotel as opposed to taking a taxi or Uber.

We only stayed for one night for a wedding, but the hotel was very accommodating for us and let us check in early. The room was clean and very nice and check out was quick. I wish we could've stayed longer!
