The W. is a very nice hotel. We were able to walk everywhere and the 37th floor room was quiet and surprisingly spacious. The housekeeping left a bit to be desired and I wish we'd had a shower stall instead of a bathtub, but otherwise we were well pleased. I recommend it.

We came to New York for the first time this year. We only had a one night stay at the W but the experience was excellent. We checked in early but our room wasn't ready yet. The concierge was able to take our bags and hold them in a secure area so we could go out and explore without all of our luggage. Staying in Times Square was AMAZING! Our room was wonderful and clean. Check in and check out was easy. We really enjoyed our stay at the W Times Square.
