The hotel is very nice and clean. Do to the virus the restaurant was closed but could get room service which was good. Do not think we should have been charged a service fee though since we had no choice to get food any way else. Room services prices more than usual in the restaurant. The room was nice but, the bathroom door would not stay partially open unless it went up almost to the front door then no one could go out or in. Checking outat 5:30 am was difficult. We evidentially booked our room through a third party which they answered Hilton so we had no idea it was not direct. When we went to check out the gentleman could not figure it out and said they did not have a credit card on file for them so he charged us again. That is ridiculous. We will wait to our credit card bill next month. Hope it is not a problem.

This hotel is lovely, immaculate, seems well managed and has a very friendly and accommodating staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable with the highest grade linens. My only suggestion would be to illuminate the rooms better. Mine seemed dark. Overall I would say this is a beyond excellent hotel, though. I highly recommend.

Property Description

Beautiful HGI with full service amenities, restaurant, bar, and room service. We also have catering ability to service any function needs. Located in Trussvile just minutes away from dining and shopping (all within walking distance) although we offer shuttle service with-in a 3 miles radius of the hotel.
