Newly renovated hotel!Best Western Plus University inn is ideally located less than one mile from Wake Forest University and across the street from the Lawrence Joel Veternan's Memorial Coliseum. The Hotel is close to many area attractions, including Pilot Mountain State Park, Bowman Gray Stadium sports and entertainment facility, Dixie Classic Fairgrounds and Old Salem, a living history town that recreates the town of Salem from 1766. We are located 10 miles from the BB&T Soccer Park and 3 miles from the Sara Lee Soccer Complex Winston-Salem and the surrounding area provide many outlets for a variety of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and camping. Numerous parks and sports complexes provide a place to play basketball, tennis and baseball. In addition, a variety of museums, theaters and galleries offer something to do for the indoor enthusiasts. A variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges are located in the surrounding area.Complete renovation of all guestrooms, public space, onsite bar and lounge, breakfast area, large outdoor pool and lounge area, and 6,000 square feet of meeting space. Room rates include complimentary parking, high speed internet, hot breakfast buffet daily and our onsite bar is a great location for socializing. Hotel amenties include sundry shop and vending machines for late night snacks, 1000 sqft fitness center with traditional and non-traditional workout gear, 5ft depth outdoor pool and lounge area, perfect for relaxation and fun!
