Property Description

The Winston Salem Hotel and Spa is ideally located less than one mile from Wake Forest University and across the street from the Lawrence Joel Coliseum. The Winston Salem Hotel and Spa is close to many area attractions, including Pilot Mountain State Park, across the street from Lawrence Joel Veterans Coliseum Bowman Gray Stadium sports and entertainment facility, Dixie Classic Fairgrounds and Old Salem, a living history town that recreates the town of Salem from 1766.We are located 10 miles from the BB&T Soccer Park and 3 miles from the Sara Lee Soccer Complex Winston-Salem and the surrounding area provide many outlets for a variety of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and camping. Numerous parks and sports complexes provide a place to play basketball, tennis and baseball. In addition, a variety of museums, theaters and galleries offer something to do for the indoor enthusiasts. A variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges are located in the surrounding area. We have a complete full service spa on site and a work out facility. Our rooms are spacious and clean with up to date flat TVs bedding is clean and bathrooms are styled with make-mirrors and hairdryers. Closet hold iron and ironing board and safe for valuables. We are in the process of doing a total renovation with all 193 rooms and lobby, meeting space, spa indoor dining and outdoor dining to become a Best Western Plus Hotel and Spa by the end of 2017.
