The Blue Ridge Inn Bed and Breakfast (formerly the Kincaid House) is one of the oldest residences in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Built in 1890's, the three-story, bed and breakfast Victorian inn features 8 rooms, 12-foot ceilings, original hand-carved woodwork, and heartpine floors.This north Georgia mountain bed and breakfast Inn is just one block from the downtown antique shops, and local restaurants. Across the street is the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway train depot for a day trip into the mountains.Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, Blue Ridge offers a variety of nearby activities and recreation. Take a relaxing ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Train rides are scheduled almost daily through the summer and fall. Make your reservations early. Whitewater Rafting or Kayaking on the Ocoee River is only 20 minutes away. Golf, Swimming and Boating are nearby. Or… just relax on the rocking chair porch, in the country garden or in our elegant parlor.We have a large main dining room where breakfast is served that can be used for meeting space. It can accommodate 16 people at the tables. The dining room can also be used as a reception area for drinks and hors d'oeuvres. We also have a large suite on the back of the house which has an extremely large living room, dining room and full kitchen which can be used for casual gatherings, receptions or as a large guest room when part of the Grande room bedroom.

We pride ourselves on preparing many of our breakfast items from scratch, including homemade breads, fruit syrups, savory sauces and sweet treats while using locally grown fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Breakfast is included in the room price.
