The Park Hyatt offers a unique experience and is known for its impeccable service and quality level! Park Hyatt hotels worldwide follow three pillars: Exceptional Service, Delicious Cuisine and Beautiful Artwork. You can get a sense of this right when you walk in the door. You can view artwork throughout the hotel, the entire staff is very courteous and ready to handle anything you need to make your stay the best experience possible. I met with the Sales Manager Sam who was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed lunch at their Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. The food was amazing, I would definitely go back anytime! The Park Hyatt Hotel in Chicago ranked #1 in Event Satisfaction for all Hyatt hotels in 2014 and they were featured in Conde Nast as a top 100 wine list for 2015. They have 198 spacious rooms and each room features newly installed IPads, an Espresso Machine to start your day right, a fully stocked bar, slippers and robes, complimentary wifi, a desk, a comfy chaise lounge and a great view of the city. It is also located in the heart of the city, right off of Michigan Avenue! They have onsite meeting and banquet space to host your next event. They also offer spa services and have an indoor pool and jacuzzi, it has everything you need!
