Nothing special that would make me want to stay again. Rooms were clean and maid was very nice.

Due to weather, I had to cancel my reservation last minute. I called the hotel, they told me they cancelled my reservation and gave back your money. I should give you a call to receive the refund. I did and was told I may not get my money back because it's past the time I can cancel. But since you receive the money back, I don't see why I shouldn't. I though I was booking through the hotel directly since it was the first link but I will make sure I don't book through this company again if this can't be resolved. Almost everything is closed in Chicago today and it's dangerous to travel so they asked us to leave a day early.
