The hotel is 4 years old and has won awards every year it has been open. The hotel is located with easy access just off I90/94 and Hwy 151 on the east side of Madison. A full-service restaurant, bar, 24-hour business center, professional athlete designed fitness center and island themed indoor pool and hot tub complete this exceptional property. The Florida Southern Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests for a banquet or can be split into 3 different salons for smaller meetings or events. This event space features a prefunction area with floor to ceiling panoramic windows and chandeliers. An Executive Boardroom is also available which includes a granite table and TV on the wall for computer projection.
