Property Description
Hidden Acres Farm & Treehouse Resort offers 5 custom built cabins situated on 90 acres of agricultural land that runs alongside the Skeena River.
Each cabin is equipped with a very functional kitchenette that has a 4 burner ceramic stovetop, Microwave and/or toaster over, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and glassware and many other essential tools for cooking a delicious meal.
The 3 piece bathroom has a tiled shower, vanity and toilet in each cabin with hot and cold water.
The Living Room has a TV with a DVD player (there is no cable television currently so please bring movies of your own if you wish to watch TV on your stay). You will also find a charming electric fireplace and comfy futon in the living area.
Upstairs in the A-frame loft there is a Queen bed as well as a twin bed. A second twin can be pulled out and made up if extra beds are needed.
Each cabin has a front porch to sit out on and enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments of your choice.
The grounds offer a common area with a shared fire pit for roasting marshmallows or for campfire music. Groups can gather here for outdoor meetings or events such as Weddings, Reunions etc. There are no covered areas. This is the great outdoors. Should you wish to have a large tent there are places in Terrace that rent 20 ' by 20' tents, chairs and tables.
A BBQ is also available and is shared among the cabins for anyone to use.
There are 2 outhouses nearby for guests who are not staying in cabins.
The river is just a very short walk away and a sandy beach area is nearby. Though certain times of the year the river is too high and too fast for this to be accessible or safe.
Green Sustainability
A recycling program is in place. We offer garbage bins in the parking area where you can dump your garbage separately from your recyclables. Bag it up separately and we will take care of the rest.
