Property description

Riviera Residence is located in a very peacefull neighborhood in Pietra Ligure and offers a relaxing environment immersed in the brilliant colors of the countryside. The Residence is at 300m from the sea and the shopping area, and at 1 km from the town center.Riviera Residence is composed by two main buildings (the main one equipped with a lift) and offers a large garden with barbecue area, kids playing area, outside swimming pool. The Superior appartments has had a large up lifting in all aspect, equipping them with air conditioning, TV LED, new furniture. The Riviera Residence has many additional services: free WIFI and tablet for a better internet navigation, a large parking space and the possibility of having breakfast and dinner at request. Pets here are very welcome.
