Four days before my check in, I did not feel well, so I had to cancel my reservation with Best Western. Even though I had purchased the extra Refund Protection Plan, I found it almost impossible to cancel my reservations and receive a refund. I had to fill out several refund request forms (several pages each), prove my reservations with the original e mail and I had to get a note from my doctor stating my illness. After 36 total e mails and 16 phone calls, I finally received a refund. What a pain. I will never make reservations at Best Western again.
