I walked in early and got a friendly greeting from both front desk staff. Because I was early, they pre entered all my personal details into my reservation ahead of time and gave me a time for returning to my room. Checkin was quick and painless, the breakfast was good, I'll continue to stay here whenever I visit Edmonton.

Staff were outstanding for the most part. Welcoming front end, phenomenal waitresses overall, complementary bottled water and 10% off a meal was such a gift and a definite encouragement to come back again. Cleanliness of the hotel was kept up and ongoing. Enjoyed the upgrade as my room was not ready upon arrival. No extra fee was charged to me. The rooms were so bright, airy and beyond comfortable. As a non pet owner it was so enjoyable to see that pets are so welcomed here!
