Horrible experience! Upon arrival at the hotel, after driving 10 hours, we were informed that the hotel was closed, so we did not get to stay in this particular Best Western hotel. The hotel was closed. The booking agent did not inform me of the closure. I phoned to check on my booking and the system had a difficult time finding my confirmed booking, even though I submitted my confirmation number. Customer care agent therefore canceled my booking and submitted a refund to my credit card. I had no choice but to find a hotel. Now I am concerned about getting my refund.

Your online booking double booked me and charged me. You can't refund my money right away. I spend more time that I am not happy about. No sorry. Then you have no coffee in my room really.

Well let's start off with the escorts two rooms down from mine. The fact that 50 men in and out of the room all night was disgusting enough. I didn't feel comfortable or safe wirh strange men coming up and down the floor. I won't be using a best western again. Floors were dirty and the TV and heater wouldn't work. To have that as the last room was terrible.
