We came with our two young boys for a quick weekend away and had a great time! Our room was clean and comfy, we loved the playroom, pool and arcade and the restaurant food was delicious and staff was perfect! Thanks again! We will be back 🙂.

The courtyard is nice for the family activities, however is loud with the bar and pool. It does settle down by 11 pm. Did not bother me for our trip, but could be an issue for others. Customer service and employees all seem to be awesome. Rooms are spacious and clean but older. Coviemt location, with short drive to falls.

The room we were in was close to the pool 119 the noise level in the morning starting around 7am made it difficult to sleep. Kids and metal chairs and tables being moved around was very loud. I think for a couple on their own it was not a good location for them to go into. We mentioned it to the ladies on the desk in the morning and asked if they save the room for people given a free stay she said no an apology would have been nice. I was concerned about the smell from the pool and was told we could change rooms if it was bad which it was wasn't just didn't expect it to be so noisy.
