Overall the stay and staff were exceptional. My family had a really great experience. It was clean and comfortable. I would like to commend Arianna in the the Trophy Room restaurant. She was working alone and working so very hard, never did she not have a smile on her face and was so kind and polite. Having my business' I can appreciate it when a staff person does there job and does it well. She should be rewarded for how she carries herself while working. She clearly values her job and provides the best service possible to all she serves. I was extremely impressed with her and would recommend she gets recognized for her efforts. Finding and keeping an employee like her is hard so I hope she gets something for her efforts.
