"Moldy Bathroom"

Our stay started out well. The staff was great about letting us use the pool early since I had two young kids with me. Pool area was nice. The room was ok. Nothing special, but we weren't expecting anything more than what it was. The bathroom was the worst part of our stay. There was mold on the shower walls, dead bugs in the floor, the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. I've worked offshore on vessels that had the worst bathrooms and showers around so I don't have the highest standards when it comes to places I'm staying for a night. But I went and bought cleaning supplies, came back and had to clean the bathroom before I let my daughters use it. I didn't get it as clean as it should've been. But a few more days of actual cleaning should do the trick. It was fairly obvious the bathrooms haven't been cleaned properly consistently for some time. Beyond that, everything else was good. Staff, pool, breakfast, beds, etc.

We arrived late and unloaded car. There was a man in the hallway smoking a joint. The room was filthy. Bathroom the sink had toothpaste on faucet, toilet was nasty, hair in bathtub and dirt on the walls. There was dirt on wall above bed and chicken nuggets on the floor. Will never stay there again! Bad experience. Way over priced. Days Inn should refund money.
