Made a booking online and called two mins later when I realized that I booked two nights not one night and was told if I cancel the one night I was going to be charge 189.00. When we arrived at the hotel it was under major Renos the slide in the pool wasn't working and the hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was disappointing as well they were out of mostly everything except eggs no bacon the pancake maker wasn't working no yogurt or fruit available. Checked out the next day was charged for the two days. The only good thing was Kaitlyn at the front desk she was very nice.
