"The Best Location In Belleville"

We have stayed at this hotel several times and each time they have upgraded or improved. The staff is always helpful and professional. Great staff, updated rooms. The breakfast is great for an included item. The attendant will make fresh waffles. The muffins are fresh. The coffee is great. The rooms are very clean. Yes, there is still some updating to do in some areas, but it is a good place to stay and we think perfect for families and seniors.

"Run down, dirty, no service."

I booked here for a night because it was on the water and I thought it would be nice to have a view of the bay. Plus the outdoor pool looked good in the photos. The entire place is run down. The pool was empty, the sauna wasn't working, the kids pool had clumps of black hair floating everywhere and the slide only operates on a Friday. My niece and nephew were very disappointed. The rooms have had a very cheaply done face lift, but there are wet water marks on the ceiling and the floor is uneven. The bathrooms are tiny and so is the beds. I doubt it's a queen but rather a double bed. You don't even get full size pillows on your bed, they are like the size of a throw pillow and we got three. Meaning one of us slept with a small pillow that lacked stuffing. Tv are dated and the balcony was filthy and seemed a safety concern. Overall it was very disappointing.
