I was very upset when I was the Father of the Groom Groom and paid $74 dollar's than other people paid. I'm 63 years old and I paid more than most people did. I talked to the manager and he said he wasn't able to do anything. I deal with hundreds of customers and I would never have treated the Father of the Groom the way I was treated.

We got to our room and it wasn't cleaned the bed was unmade and dirty towels everywhere so we called the front desk and got another room which was also uncleaned, the bed was unmade and dirty towels everywhere again. At this point we didn't care as it was late and we were tired but it was very disappointing.

This was a very nice stay, great staff, nice breakfast, coffee all day, rooms were so clean and the bed was most comfy. The pillows I want one or two of them. They were perfect. The only thing we were a little upset with was the noise the air conditioner made and going on and off all night. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Definitely would stay there again!!

The young lady at the reception desk was soooo nice to us. She was so friendly and helpful we will definitely be back next time we go thru IA. Our breakfast was very good and more than we expected. We were impressed! Thank you for a great stay!

I spent serval minutes providing all my information to the online reservation representative and upon arriving had to provide the same information to the front desk, including the charging of my credit card. I also note that a relatively large service charge was added to my bill for the reservation service, which I would like explained. The detail of all service charges was not part of my bill. The worst part of the entire experience, which was for a single night this time, was that the room assigned to me was a handicap room, even thought the motel was not highly booked this evening. I am considering the ?average? rating generous. Please reply with the service charge breakdown. Thanks in advance.

Check in process could have been better. Had to wait about an hour for our room, even though we arrived after 3:00 and the receptionist at the front desk seemed overly stressed.

We reserved a room as a part of a wedding block well in advance of arrival. Check in starts at three and we arrived at 3:30 only to be told they have no rooms ready and when I asked when a room would be ready they responded with ?no idea.? Apparently the hotel has been busy and their staff wasn't prepared for this? We had to board a shuttle at 4:30 to leave for a wedding at 5. After waiting for 25 minutes (so 4:05) and hearing nothing from staff and watching people arriving after us get rooms, we checked in with the staff. Apparently our room's A/C was broken so she still didn't have a room for us. Of course we had to keep checking in for updates because she wouldn't take our information or let us pre check in. At that point I had to go get dressed in a bathroom in the lobby. The staff then allowed us to put our bags behind the desk and told me when I get back from the wedding a room will be ready for us. They apologized but we received no comped bill or really any empathy from the staff. The room was clean. But the A/C was loud. Customer Service and Organizational/Management skills need work.
