Quality Inn was very accommodating. When I searched on the Internet for a pet friendly hotel in Sedona, TX Quality Inn popped up. I called and made the reservation through lodging.com. On the phone I even asked the person if there was a deposit for the dog. He asked me if it was a service dog. I told him no, just a pet. I am moving from California to Florida and had to bring my dog. When we got to the Quality Inn the woman at the front desk checked me in. I asked her if I had to pay a deposit for my dog. She informed me that they don't take pets. Now I was in a pickle. When I was on the phone with the guy at lodging.com he told me that the room fees were non refundable. I explained the situation to the woman at the front desk and asked if I could get a refund and then go possibly find a different hotel to stay at. She told me to hold on for a minute, that maybe she could work something out. She finally told me that she could stick me in the one room they have for service dogs. I told her that would be fine. I had originally booked a room with one king bed. She told me the room she could put me in had two queens. I told her that would be fine. When I got to the room I called back to the front desk to ask for a phone number to a local eating establishment. The first thing she asked me is if the room was ok. I told her it was fine and thanked her again for accommodating me. This is a first class hotel that I would highly recommend. Thank you again Quality Inn. Janet James.
