We are a brand new hotel and are the flagship of the Sheraton Brand -Hotel Address/ Shipping Address: 340 North 3rd Street Phoenix, AZ 85004 -Guest Facilities at Hotel: -State of the art Fitness Center is complimentary for guests and is located on 4th Floor -Open 24 hours a day -ipod docking stations on all cardio equipment, and headphones available -Heated Lap Pool and Jacuzzi on located on 4th Floor -Open 5:00am to 10:00pm -Fed/Ex Kinko's Business Center located on 2nd Floor -Mon-Fri 7:00am to 7:00pm -Sat-Sun 9:00am to 5:00pm -Hotel has 80,000 square feet of meeting space located on 2nd & 3rd Floor -Valley of the Sun Ballroom located on 2nd Floor -Phoenix Grand Ballroom located on 3rd Floor Dining & Bars at Hotel: Park Lounge (Lobby Bar) located in Main Lobby area District American Kitchen & Wine Bar Link @ Sheraton Coffee Bar In-Room Dining Internet Access at Hotel: -Wi-Fi internet in all guest rooms.
