stay was good room was clean, but front desk staff was not to helpful, ask front desk staff for batteries for the remote and was told they was on order and I ask can't they get some from another room that no one was in. they just act like that was not their job to try and make the customer stay a enjoyable one and that they was not going to do anything extra that might put them out. Bad customer service.

Property Description

Sun N Sand Resort is an Oceanfront Hotel with 224 well appointed Guest rooms, all with microwave, refrigerators, and bathrooms with granite counter tops. All floors have enclosed hallways. We offer expansive sleeping rooms with a View of the Ocean. All rooms feature: Coffee Maker, Microwave, Fridge, Hair Dryers, Iron and ironing board, High Speed wireless internet Access, Electronic Card door entry system, Flat Panel TV's. Laundry facilities available on property. We also proudly offer: 6200 square feet of meeting space to include 2 board rooms, four rooms with fabulous oceanfront views and 3 large rooms that create the Grand Ballroom. Additional hotel amenities include Outdoor hot tub, Outdoor and Indoor pools, Fitness Center, Arcade, Business Center and Sunrise Cafe plus Sun & SandBar outdoor patio bar *open seasonally*.
