The staff was eager to help and did so like they enjoyed helping the guest no matter the shift or time. Breakfast was great! Rooms, lobby and kitchen were clean. They didn't pay me for this review either. I never fill these surveys out but felt compelled to do so because of the extra care and cleanliness there. I will stay there again and hope you all try it because you won't be sorry.

I stayed in room 311. My bill was 170.00 My room had a huge tear in the wallpaper and was peeling from the wall. Not only that it had black mold underneath. I was extremely disappointed. It was hard to enjoy the nights rest knowing that mold was there.

You might want to check,your mattresses. Sinking in? Have your receptionists to be more customers friendly. When training or showing another employee how to do something, don't scold in front of customers standing at the desk how rude. Please when trying help someone assist with care,and understanding.

The room was very nice because it had just been renovated. My experience in securing the room was costly because unbeknownst to me I was not talking to an employee of the motel, but a third party organization. The organization acted as being a part of the Holiday Express company. It should be unlawful to have such a situation.

Hotel is very dated and although they are in the process of renovating guest rooms (which we got one of) our room was far from clean. The bathroom floor looked as if it had not been swept or mopped in several days. Hair was all over the floor as well as the toilet and sink. What looked to be coffee stains were on the white tile floor. Just did not leave a very good impression for a newly renovated space.
