I was Never allowed to check in because you don't except pets the one thing I specifically ask. After you get my money, I arrive and was not allowed to check in in because I had a dog which left me to sleep in my vehicle and drive 6 hours the next day because I had no where to go.

We drove in from Florida was very tired looking foward to the pool. It was not open not sure why they front desk didn't know for sure either. The bathroom didn't look real clean and it had broken tiles on the floor. We did stay but probably won't stay at that HI again if we travel thru Olive Branch, MS.
