We were in a pinch and needed a place to stay at 4am after being on the go for almost 24 hrs. Nicole from the reservation line was AMAZING and found us a place to stay (Crowne Plaza Suffern, NY). When we arrived, Simon was also AMAZING! Greeted us with a smile at 4am! They saved our weekend! What they didn't know is we had had a really rough week and not having a place to stay would have made it worse. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean. We appreciate all of the great service!
