Property Description

Located just ½ mile from I-90, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Utica is the newest hotel in the area, and is the epitome of convenience. Many of Utica's famous restaurants are within walking distance. There are many colleges nearby, we're just minutes from SUNY IT, Utica College, MVCC, Utica School of Commerce, and Hamilton College. Families will enjoy all the nearby attractions like the Children's Museum, the Utica Zoo, Marquee Cinemas, and Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute. Shopping areas are all around, with the Riverside Shopping Center just north of us, and the New Hartford Shopping Center and Sangertown Mall a short drive south.Our business travelers will appreciate how our hotel was built for their convenience with free Wi-Fi, a large business center with complementary computer access, fax and copy service, and available meeting space. Being located on North Genesee Street puts us right next to all the downtown businesses, and just a short drive from companies such as Remington Arms, Con Med, Wal Mart Distribution, and many more. Relax in one of our guest rooms where you'll find comfortable beds, a 37 inch HDTV, a refrigerator and microwave, and a comfy easy chair. Or maybe you would prefer one of our large suites which have a wet-bar, two televisions, and a sofa with a coffee table. All of our guests can also enjoy complimentary access to our fitness center, indoor pool, and of course free hot breakfast served every morning.
