I enjoyed my stay here the only problem was the check in, I was told that I used a third party to make my reservations and I didn't? I have made reservations numerous times with the IHG or Holiday Inn or from the list of their motels and never had an issue except for this trip? So I was told that since I used a third party I could not get my discounts for IHG? So I asked about my other discounts AAA, AARP and I was told "no" I then showed your receptionist my Email confirmation from Holiday Inn and I was told that it was a "fake" even though it had Holiday Inn written all over it? So my question is? How am I to know if it is legitimate or not? I couldn't get a room in another hotel because there was something going on in town for the weekend, I think I should have gotten my discount and my rewards points no matter if it was from a third party or not? I have no idea still what she is talking about, I was tired from traveling and wanted to go to my room and was willing to just pay it after discussing it for about thirty minutes, please call me if you would like more information on this Thank you!

Enjoy our newly renovated Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites. We have a complimentary Express Start Breakfast featuring hot items everyday, such as, scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and much more. We offer free wifi to all of our guests as well. We have brand new PRECOR fitness center equipment including a treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike. The fitness center also includes free weights and other accessories. We also feature free beer and wine Monday thru Thursday from 5:15 PM until 7:15 PM. You will also earn points for being an IHG Rewards Member!
