Breakfast was nice, pool small, short on clean bathroom towels and shocked that we didn't get any management follow up in our child that cracked his head open at the pool and required medic attention. First aid kit was way less than par. Very disappointing that there wasn't more follow thru.

Our Florida hotel is located with in walking distance to Amalie Arena and in the heart of downtown Tampa's business and financial center and connected to the Convention Center via a sky bridge. Nearby major corporate and regional headquarters include Outback Steakhouse, Walter Industries, Brown & Brown, Global Imaging Systems, Verizon and TECO Energy. The Embassy Suites Tampa-Downtown-Convention Center hotel is located in the middle of this busy Florida gulf coast area with access to theme parks, museums, the aquarium, theatre, historical sites, festivals, shopping, dining and nightlife, beaches, the bay, fishing, boating, golf and professional sports. Many of the area's attractions are just a few minutes or miles from the front door of our hotel where you can catch Tampa's unique streetcar and trolley system to your destination.Our Downtown Tampa Embassy Suites hotel features 360 beautiful suites with all the luxuries of home, including a separate living room and bedroom. Each suite is equipped with a spacious work desk, two dual-line phones with voice mail and data ports, and high-speed internet access available at a charge as well as iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
