I give Alex a 10 in customer service and also the woman named Paula at the restaurant. They made sure my needs were met and were very kind. The rooms were very clean and I was even allowed an early check-in. I will definitely be back. I have my own business and we definitely deal with customer service. Alex and Paula are definitely a great at what they do. The food was excellent, especially the burgers. Alex said they were highly recommended. Thank you.

The staff was courteous, but when I went to check into my room a maid was still working on it. Later, after putting some food into the refrigerator and going out of the room, I returned to find the food had been taken out of the fridge and was sitting the hallway! I had to throw it out. I also had expected to have use of a conference room and found it unavailable. I won't be bringing the NYU Team to this facility again.

Property Description

The Comfort Inn Randolph has been completely renovated, including guest rooms, function rooms, Lobby, New Jits Restaurant & Sports Lounge and public spaces. In the guest rooms, we replaced all bedding, drapery and carpeting. All bathrooms have been renovated in ceramic tile and granite countertops. Our function room received new wallpaper, carpeting, wall sconces, lighting and draperies. The lobby was re-done in marble and all the furniture replaced.
