The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful! They will make sure you have everything you need with a smile on their face. Check in was super easy and they even helped us out with early check in when we arrived before our time. It's right across Disney park and lots of restaurants near by. I would stay here again and highly recommend it based off the staff, location and the rooms.

The front desk staff are awesome, friendly knowledgeable. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Everything is clean. The food is very good at the press. The only one thing I could say is that housekeeping is lacking. They did not clean our room when I asked and when they did clean the room, they didn't clean it thoroughly Meaning the bathroom in particular the tub and toilet were not clean properly.
