I'm not sure why this hotel signed up as a stay and play hotel. The night night desk guy was brutal… super passive aggressive and not friendly. We could not eat or drink in the lobby, which is all fine and well, but he actually rolled the sign towards some of our team as they were eating at the giant table which you would assume that's what it was for. We hung out out back, but I have never felt so unwelcome at a hotel and like such a burden. We are away a lot with various travelling teams and I even said that night that it was the worst experience we have ever had. Would not recommend for team.

We were greeted by friendly staff everywhere we went! The buffet breakfast was good, although I wish there had been yogurt offered for vegetarian folks! The beds were amazingly comfortable with plenty of pillows! The only other question I have is why are there no towel bars in the bathrooms? The pool was pretty big for a small hotel and there was an adequate fitness room, although we didn't use either because we didn't have enough time! The hotel was right next door to a wonderful restaurant called “Goat and Vine,” which we highly recommend!

We have enhanced techniques used to clean guestrooms after each stay. We are paying particular attention to high touch point areas to include key cards, public area computers, elevator doors and buttons, door handles, locks and latches, light switches, desk surfaces, telephones, television remote controls and bathroom fixutre handles. We have heightened sanitizing attention to common areas such as the front desk, breakfast room furniture and service times, and fitness center equipment. Employees are instructed to stay home if they are not feeling well, or if an immediate family member is not feeling well. If they have any flu-like or Covid-relatee systems, they are advised to consult a doctor and seek medical care. Employees are asked to wash hands several teimes per day, and use hand sanitizer whenever possible, and regulary wipe down and sanitize their workspace. Housekeeping stayover service will be offered once a week, with additional supplies available from the front desk.
