Desk attendant was rude acted like I was disturbing her to get checked in, once arriving in our room we turned on the lights and there was a sock on the floor from the people before us so I checked the room the inside of the microwave was dirty there was hair all over the bathtub toilet tissue crumbs between the wall and the toilet. We went back down and asked for a different room and the attendant said she's not in charge of house keeping and they didn't have another room to put us in. It was extremely late and we had been driving for quite a while so I called all the nearby hotels to try and get another room unfortunately everything was full so we had no choice but to stay so I got all the jackets and sweaters out of my car and laid them out on the beds for us to sleep on. We were not comfortable staying there and if given a chance we wouldn't have.

Reasonably well maintained other than swimming pool which was too dirty to be used. Front desk staff was kind and helpful, but unable to process my credit card over the course of our three day stay. (My card worked fine at the Kroger's next door.) The staff was utterly unequipped to resolve the problem. Ultimately, I offered to pay with cash simply to get on to our next destination. The closet was too shallow to close the door with the hotel supplied hangers. (???) When the closet door was open, it blocked the door to the hallway. Not a big deal except that we were traveling for a wedding and my wife and both daughters had a lot of hanging clothes. I ended up removing the closet door and setting it to the side so that we could hang up clothes AND get in and out of the room. The previous guest left alcoholic beverages in the fridge and food on the floor, which housekeeping was kind enough to leave for us to discover.
