St. Lawrence (Czech: Vavrinec [vavreenetz]) is a village that was founded in the 11 century. It features a beautiful church overseeing the village and lake. The village is clean, quiet and rural, with nice architecture and very little car traffic. The lake is the dominant, and the house is the only property on the lake, therefore privacy is guaranteed. There are unique trees (European Tile of over 500 years in age is 100m from the house). There is a very rich bird variety, including storks, swans, seagulls, ducks, and small animals like squirrels and hedgehogs. There is a groceries shop open 7AM to 7PM everyday, a 2 minute walk from the house. There is a bar just opposite the shop, open about everyday in the evenings.

Property description
You will be staying at the picturesque old country house at St.Lawrence's lake (Sv.Vavrinec=St.Lawrence in Czech). The house (built in the 1870's) has a 1000 sq.ft. (100m2) meeting room, a dock, spectacular sunrises over the lake and a neogotic church on the other side. It is the only house directly at the lake. Drive to Prague is 45 minutes, Kutna Hora (Unesco town) 15 minutes driving. Beautiful scenery, the Czech countryside at its best.
