Welcome to our beautiful condo. We are located in Boca Chica, two minutes walk from the famous beach of the same name. The beach has a natural breakwater, forming a lagoon of calm and crystalline waters, as well as a spring of fresh water from the underground river Brujuelas.Our building consists of a single body that is distributed in two stairs, which distribute 15 apartments of 65 square meters, 3 simple rooms of 30 meters and a large penthouse of 150 meters with jacuzzi and terrace with views to the city and the sea .We are 7 kilometers from the international airport of Las Americas (10 minutes) and 34 kilometers from the Colonial City of Santo Domingo, a World Heritage Site (25 minutes).
