The front desk was excellent. The wonderful operator of the gift shop was kind, professional and showed real consideration. Instead of charging at the end of the day for baked goods that may not have been as fresh as hoped for, she comped them for me and another guest who arrived shortly afterwards. True it may have been a small gesture but it was something out of the ordinary. Bravo Hilton for hiring practices that result in a wonderful Staff.
