| Pool Info: Toscana Village Resort features four pools on cascading levels so you can always choose a spot to hide away from the crowds (or the kids)! The deep blue pool which greets you invitingly as you enter the resort has wonderful views over the boat dotted bay out towards the Whitsunday islands. The top level on the more private pools located at the back of the resort features a turbo pool which noiselessly shoots two jets of gently agitating water. There is a tier of seating around the inside of the pool ideal for relaxing and chatting with new friends. A cascading waterfall drops to the second level deep plunge pool. A shady area with lounge chairs beside the pool makes an ideal spot for a quiet read. The lower level has a shallow bubbling pond area ideal for the little ones and graduates to a deeper area for the not so little ones. A shady BBQ area is located on this lower back pool deck. Proserpine airport is 35km and has bus shuttles available from the airport to take guests to the resorts in Airlie Beach. Cost app $20 per person each way Hamilton Island airport is an alternate airport and has direct flights from nearly all capital cities. The cost by ferry is approx $55 per person each way. This brings guests to the Port of Airlie which is a 32 minute taxi ride tot he resort
Local shuttle info: Several companies offer transfer to and from the resort to Proserpine Airport. We are happy to arrange transfers for you. Cost is $20 per person each way or $35 return

The space is a converted cafe with indoor and outdoor balcony space. it has a series of bifold doors that can be opened up to allow good ventilation and extra space. the distraction is that it has amazing views out over the bay towards the Whitsunday islands - so while may hinder concentration and focus at meetings, it will make the participants relaxed
