Pool was filthy and not usable. Carpet in halls are a trip hazard. Hotel needs a major makeover.

Awful. Was given a room and then when I ran to the car the door would not open when I came back to the room and I sat outside waiting for maintenance to Jimmy it open with a hanger while all my stuff was in the room. Terrible disgusting dirty smelly.

I arrived to my room and there was HAIR in both beds; I do have pictures, still. I returned to the front desk and asked for another room. I ordered an uber and needed to leave, as uber had arrived. I asked the front desk person if she could keep my bag; no room assignment, had to leave and she looked as if I had T.B! It was as if she did not want to take my bag. As a matter of fact, she TOLD me to place my bag on the counter. I left, so I do not see how the bag was handled. She was QUITE unapproachable. My stay was 3/17 3/19 2020. I checked in about 12:30 p.m. Also, she was not very forthcoming regarding questions, so I went to the other Laquinta and EVERY question of mine was answered and the front desk person was affable and polite.

This stay was terrible from start to finish! When we checked in the lobby area was under renovations and there were black tarps and big blowers, not appealing when you first walk in. We go to our room, the window is open and the A/C unit doesn't work so they switched us to another room. We were there about 20 minutes and left for a concert when we got back about four hours later our room was infested with ants. The front desk clerk came up and wiped the are with some cleaning solution but in less than five minutes the ants were back.After a horrible nights sleep we went down for the "Brightside Breakfast" and they were using a hotel room since the actual breakfast area is under construction it was very small and crowded. The bagels were stale, the muffins were cold, no hot water to use with the instant oatmeal or Hot Cocoa mix. I can not say anything positive about this hotel. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
