Good proximity to Chinatown.
It's small and easy to get around.
Extremely easy to navigate. Free trams up and down the city, free bus loop around the city both directions. The bus service so easy to navigate to anywhere. Adelaide is very Arts centered and Gin forward. Easily walkable as well.
