When I first came, neither of the suites I reserved were ready. They got one ready for me and they had to clean the other one the tub in one of the suites was stopped up so bad and no one ever took a shower in it I called downstairs and the sent up a plunger with feces all over it and put it in front of my door for me to unclog the tub myself I guess. The customer service was good. I can't complain about that. It was a really nice hotel.

Property Description

Embassy Suites Buffalo is a new contemporary hotel located in downtown Buffalo in the Avant Tower. The Hotel is easily accessible to business and government offices, the Theater and Entertainment District, and many restaurants. Each of our 182 two-room suites have dramatic glass wall views, designer furniture, finishes and wall coverings, two 32” LCD televisions, and a wet bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Included in the daily room rate are a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and a complimentary two-hour Evening Reception as well as use of our fitness center, business center, and pool.
