Rented a room for the day hoping to relax by pool when talked to reservations online they said nothing about pool but they were in United States. After 30 minutes of the representative unable to book a room without costing $400. I myself booked a room online. It wasn't till I got there and checked in did I notice a sheet of paper on the counter saying the pool was closed for days. I went to the room, it was very clean and nicely decorated. I turned on TV and couldn't change channel unless I was standing right in front of TV so I was stuck on sports. As they don't allow you to access your Netflix. I grabbed my bikini got back in my car and headed home. I can change the channel on my TV without standing up. I did know they only had basic cable as I had stayed there before but I stay for the pool.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire staff was polite and incredibly friendly. When we requested extra towels, they were delivered promptly to our room. We'll definitely be returning next month!
