Check in one day late due to airflight detour to another state for hours missed connecting flight due to inclement. Tried to get reimbursed for first day. Person assist me christy den was a poor representative for hotel planner. She discontinued communicating about the situation. She sent two emails after that no more communication. Very disappointed.

Hi my Daniel Jaime my wife and I stayed at your Crowne Plaza Mission Valley in San Diego on 7/27/19 thru 7/29/19. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We were not very happy, there were kids running around and making noise. But the main complaint I have was I had requested a mat four times for the shower and it never was brought to our room. I'm handicapped and was afraid I would slip and fall, thank God I didn't. I was very disappointed. Not sure if we would ever stay there again. Respectfully, Daniel Jaime.

Our stay here at the Crowne Plaza was okay. It was a little noise with kids running around and yelling. But I do have a complaint. I had requested four times for a rubber mat for the shower and it was never brought to our room. I am handicapped and I was concerned that I might slip and fall. Thank God I didn't. I'm not sure if my wife and I would ever stay here again. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Our experience was not that great.

"Old hotel, needs a renovation."

Not talking about the layout or design of the room, but the furniture, the door and the patio door you could tell are older and needs renovating. That was my biggest issue with the hotel. Other than that the location was wonderful, the bathroom was fine, the bed was fine. It just needs some touch up in all the rooms especially for me to consider a 4/5 rating.

"The staff at the parking entrance booth was rude"

As we entered the parking area,we did not know that we have to use our room key to raise the stick bar so we can drive to the parking area, we were looking at the hotel parking pass and thought that we have to enter some number. We are not new to this procedure, we've done it in in the past but sometimes people tends to forget. The staff at the booth got up with a frowned face and told us very rudely " Your room key" So when we are passing thru him after the stick bar opened, we said "Thank you" but he just ignored us. He probably hates his job, we mentioned this to the front desk receptionist when we checked out because she was asking how was our stay? But the receptionist did not say anything about it like she did not hear anything. What is the point of asking how was our stay, duh!
