This beach hotel is located one block from the historic seaport in the centre of the historic Old Town. Built in 1900, this historic hotel was once a private residence, but now has 16 charming rooms. It is air-conditioned throughout and comprises a lobby and breakfast room. Parking is available for free on the street in front of the hotel. There is also a paid parking lot near the hotel. Standard Queen rooms feature 1 queen-size bed, private bath with shower and private outside entry door. Superior King rooms feature 1 king bed, a more spacious room, private bath with shower and shared interior hallway. All rooms have a hairdryer, cable TV, bathrobes and a mini fridge. Touches like handcrafted furniture and local artwork add to the charm of each room. Rooms are also equipped with a direct dial telephone, Internet access and ironing set. Turn right onto Bertha St. Turn left onto Flagler Ave. Turn right onto White St. Turn left onto Elgin Ln. Take the 1st left onto Frances St. Hotel is on the right.
