This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and this time it was deliberate and by choice the first time was on spec. It will always be our choice destination from now on whenever we need to spend a few days in the GTA. Comforts of the hotel aside, the staff are marvellous and very attentive and helpful I felt very welcome and more importantly, I felt appreciated. If you are considering this hotel, it is an excellent choice I cannot endorse it enough, especially if you are traveling with a family and book a two bedroom suite like we did.

When I first booked this hotel, I truly did not know what to expect except for the fact that it had free breakfest, parking and a kitchen in the room. However, when I arrived, I was extremely taken aback by the incredible customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel. In addition, the beautiful courtyard with patio sets, fire place and gardens was a beautiful place to enjoy and relax in the evenings. Lastly, their free dinners on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings was an absolute bonus and unexpected, but such an incredible surprise. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. In fact, the next time we are in Toronto, this is where we will be staying again. Thanks.

"Great hotel for families."

Stayed here with a youth sports team. The hotel was an excellent home base. Room are really nice with a kitchen and a living area. Kitchens are great so you don't have to eat out all the time. Bedroom off the living area with door that could be closed incase parents want to stay up later than kids. All staff very pleasant and helpful.
